To raise Torah and science students with a religious, moral, national consciousness that will guide all aspects of their personal, public, and national lives, through the study of Torah in its branches in a yeshiva spirit and level, and the acquisition of appropriate general education, as well as by creating a society imbued with the love of G-d, the love of Torah, the love of Israel and the Land of Israel, and closely connected to the building of the Land of Israel. To maintain and manage Midrashiyat Noam in Pardes Hanna, Kiryat Yaakov Herzog in Kfar Saba, and the Naot Yaakov Higher Beit Midrash in Kfar Saba, and additional educational institutions to be established by the association.
