To initiate the establishment and management of community frameworks for the disabled in Givatayim. To manage a hostel for the disabled named Freiman on HaMaayan Street 40, hereinafter Freiman House. To employ and manage the staff who will operate Freiman House. To cooperate with the Givatayim Municipality and the service for the mentally challenged in the Ministry of Welfare. To initiate and organize fundraising activities and donations from public, governmental, private bodies, and various organizations for the development and operation of community frameworks for the disabled in Givatayim. To conduct periodic audits and evaluations on the proper functioning of Freiman House. The right of precedence for populating Freiman House will be reserved for residents of the city of Givatayim.
