Promoting animal protection - rescue, treatment and prevention of animal suffering, including
 1. Operating a shelter and clinic for dogs and cats. 2. Operating a boarding facility for dogs and cats at subsidized rates to prevent abandonment. 3. Education and deepening public knowledge and discourse to raise public awareness of animal rights and related legislation, including through social media, media outlets and the internet. 4a. Education for the general public, for professionals, including through lectures, workshops, conferences, seminars, physical activities at the association, etc. 4b. Education for children, students, youth, and students, including social involvement. 5. Promoting responsible adoption of dogs and cats. 6. The association will work for effective enforcement of the Animal Welfare Law, for the protection of animals, prevention of abuse, neglect and cruelty. The association will take legal actions, including recourse to courts to intervene in cases of severe violation of animal rights, including cases of criminal neglect and abuse, and will promote regulatory changes. 7. The association will operate according to "no-kill" principles and will strive to rescue animals while preventing euthanasia not mandated by medical considerations or irreversible prolonged suffering. The association will take all reasonable measures to ensure the lives, safety and welfare of animals under its care and supervision. 8. Spaying and neutering as a means of reducing suffering - the association will work as much as possible to promote spaying and neutering of dogs and cats, with the aim of reducing uncontrolled reproduction, which leads to abandonment, hunger, disease, road accidents and significant suffering for animals. 9. Promoting broad community involvement, empowerment and creating a therapeutic and compassionate space for people - the association will operate as a warm, compassionate and caring home, a place where both animals and people, physically or mentally injured, including at-risk youth, people with special needs, people suffering from PTSD, battered women, IDF veterans, etc.
