How to read an association

1
The purpose is the sentence
It is printed only when the file stored one. A missing sentence is left blank.
2
The number does not collide
Names can. Read the association number before you treat two records as the same one.
3
Status is the registrar’s wording
The label reads a stored phrase. It is not a ranking and it is not proof the association still operates.

What this file does not show

A stored purpose is not a promise, and a stored figure is not a score.
